Delete your Lore account

Lore, by Kada (app id com.kada.lore)

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Lore and go to Profile.
2. Tap the settings icon, then Delete account. On a guest profile the button reads Erase guest data.
3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to prove it is you.

Without the app

Email devkadimi@gmail.com from the address of your Lore account with the subject “Lore account deletion”. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, photo, weekly goal, focus pillars, notification token).
• Every session and its notes, intentions and takeaways, and the session history log.
• Your custom tracks, topics, session types, explored topics and weekly reflections.
• Your in-app notifications.
• Your sign-in account.

What is kept

Nothing linked to you. Anonymous, aggregated analytics events (for example “a session was completed”) may remain in Google Analytics for Firebase for up to 14 months and cannot be tied back to you.
